Privacy Policy
This Policy governs HADA Motorsport Club’s (herein after named “HADA”) collection, use and/or disclosure of an individual’s personal information.

Policy Statement: HADA is committed to protecting your privacy. We take every step to maintain the confidentiality of your information. All potential uses of information will be specified at time of collection. We will not use or disclose any personal information without consent.
Application: This Policy pertains to any information which could identify an individual, or by which an individual’s identity could be deduced. This includes, but is not limited to, employees, members and sponsors.
Purpose: HADA is required to collect and use personal information from its members in order to provide services, and it collects personal information from employees, members and sponsors in order to provide services and carry out internal administrative functions. HADA may also use personal information to contact individuals regarding HADA events and administrative activities.
HADA will not use personal information for any other purpose other than identified in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise identified at or before time of collection.
Consent: HADA seeks written consent whenever possible. However, in some cases oral consent may be acceptable and sometimes an individual’s consent may be implied through his or her interaction with HADA. If at any time a new use of personal information is required, HADA will inform affected individuals and obtain consent.
Accountability: HADA is accountable for all personal information under its care and control. HADA’s Club Secretary is designated as the person responsible for the Privacy Policy and for the personal information received by HADA. Limits for Collecting, Using, Disclosing and Retaining Personal Information: Unless required by law, HADA does not collect, use or disclose personal information of individuals, except where it has obtained consent. In all cases, HADA limits the amount and type of information collected to that which is required to provide and administer its services, and to keep individuals informed about events and fundraising activities. HADA undertakes to keep all personal information it collects strictly confidential. All information that does not have a specific purpose or that no longer fulfills its intended purpose will be destroyed in a secure fashion. HADA will only retain personal information for the duration of its intended use or as required by law. HADA will only provide personal information to third parties on an ‘as needed’ basis, where consent has been obtained and provided third parties agree to be bound by this privacy policy.
Security: HADA respects the privacy of its members and employees and will protect that privacy as vigorously as possible. HADA stores personal information in electronic and physical files that are secure and to which access is restricted.
Updating Information: HADA makes every effort to keep personal information accurate, complete and current. HADA will update any changes to personal information when received. If HADA holds personal information, which can be established by the individual to be inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, HADA will take reasonable steps to correct it.
Access: All individuals have access to their personal information when requested. HADA will respond to inquiries and/or objections within 30 days of notice. HADA will keep records of inquiries and/or objections and will document their resolution. HADA will conduct all investigations in a timely, fair and impartial manner.
