Don't bother. Have two I believe in the garage and one only has like eighty k on it. The new one comes with a rust free subrame from a south carolina retired track car for easy install. Lmk what it's worth to you. Paid 265 for it a week before I totalled the car. Subframe was in the car. The other one I got from a scrap yard as a spare. Was in good condition from what I remember. No subframe on that one just the rack

depends on what you want to do.
Quaife makes a short ratio internal for the EF if you decide to rebuild.
If the car is just a beater, buy a rebuilt rack from a local rebuilder or look at what Miles has to offer.

I have a rack out of a 88 CRX. $10....
What is involved in a manual rack swap? What would it cost me to get a manual rack that would fit my 93 Del Sol?

Shoot Pratte or Hanif a PM on that Matt. They've both done them on EGs. Though, if you have a working power steering system, I'd suggest keeping it. If you don't, then sure, swap in the manual.

I haven't done a power to manual conversion - I went power Si to power integra type-R.
Don't bother. Keep the existing system, clean out the old cruddy fluid, replace with fresh fluid, and enjoy the low arm strength required to keep the car on the racing line :)
Just speculation... i think that del sol is a fat pig and needs to drop about 300 pounds... from somewhere.
