I understand that we have a partnership with Downtown Acura which provides some kind of benefit(s) to us members. What, exactly, are those benefits, and how do we take advantage of them at the dealership?

i.e. would the parts/service person know what I'm talking about if I say "I'm a HADA member"?

You get preferred pricing and everything you need from a new car, used car, part and service. Our relationship has been going for 8 years strong. Steve Fleming will help you out in the service department. Paul Russo is our parts department contact - if he's not there, ask for Yarko. Joe used to be the sales manager for new cars, but I don't see his name listed on the website at the moment so I'll look into a new contact. Parts discount is 20%. GBs happen a couple times a season where discounts are higher.

Paul Bubanovich is the sales manager. Met him when he was the used car sales manager. He's now moved to new cars, but he can also help you get into a new one.
