Hey John:
Welcome aboard.
I'm also thinking of getting my ITR rims painted back to the original white. I'll probably get some spray cans made up, get the wheels sandblasted, and go nuts with it one weekend. A pro paint job would just make my car look worse, ha.
Give Raj at Discovery a call and see if he'll be able to do it. Otherwise there are places like Carcones, Precision Wheel Repair, etc. I haven't dealt with the latter, but Discovery are good peoples. :)

Hey man!
Well at the shop here we use Carcones to have all our wheels re-done. They do pretty good work and can also straighten rims that may be slightly bent. As well re-finishing OE painted rims isn't a problem either. I believe they charge somewhere around $100-150 a rim depending on the finish.
I've also heard of Wheel Wizards which I think is in north york, but I haven't had any actual experience with them.
...or take 'em to Raj at DAC and have 'em painted. :D
Glad you finally joined the club! :)

Just came from Carcones $125 to do the rim and an additional $20 to remove and remount the tire, which is necessary.
$168.00 all in, the rim just needed to be refinished as it had no damage.
They got very close to original color, if you do all four you won't need to worry, 3 day turn around.

I had some badly eaten and sun-faded rims cleaned up and powder coated by Fourstar motorsports. Price was in the $400 ballpark at the time. It's a test to see how powder coating stands up, as the rims I had painted and repaired at another shop didn't stand up. I ended up using them as winter rims.

Wow not a cheap fix I thought I might do it relatively cheap but I am feeling this may not be possible.I appreciate the input and welcome any other ideas.

John:
You should be able to find someone to sandblast them for cheap (I would think.. maybe.. $20 a rim).. then you can use a NAPA or CarQuest OE Color coded spray can and bomb the hell out of them. I think Tremclad makes a clearcoat you could put on them too.. they may turn out a little shiny though... better than dirty I suppose.
You could always just attack them with some wire brushes on a drill and spray paint over it. It should pass the 10 ft test then. :)

Fishburn Proctor on Steeles near 9th line in Halton Hills (west of Winston Churchill) will sandblast for between $20 and $30 each and not overheat the rims. You'll need a primer before your final coat.
Don't use Duplicolor paints. Difficult to work with... dried on me in less than two minutes and future coats wouldn't stick. Just made cotton candy...
I have used Century Power in Kitchener - they blast and coat.
About $50-75 a rim all in for in-stock powders
They did a stellar job on my BBS rims ... They can be a bit slow ... but are affordable if you can wait.

Oh, awesome! I think Anna He used these guys for her signature pink rims on the CRX.
I wonder if they'll do my rims in exchange for a website that looks better? ;)

It's VERY Commodore 64 video game menu style. I remember that green! I just call it "retro".

Thanks to all for your input.I now have access to a sand blaster so I will clean them up then have them clear coated n/c free.I will see how they look and how well the finish lasts because plan B is to go to Century, that looks like a good deal. This is one of the reasons why I hooked up with the HADA club so that I could tap into the resources and experience that is available through the club. Thanks again

A member of our s2000 club bought some rims recently from the USA without seeing pictures first... bad idea. They came in terrible condition with rash and chips out of every single rim. He used http://www.wheelfix.com to repair them and they were actaully as good as new when they returned them. For $170 a wheel they picked them up from his house in the GTA, fixed them all back to OEM, and then returned them from where they picked them up.
Pretty good deal IMO. I think an ITR rim deserves this :)
If you just need a repaint, you are looking at about half that cost maybe.
