Hey guys,
Just trying to get these forms filled out for Sunday...and I don't really know what I'm doing.
I have a '93 Civic DX Hatch. What is my CASC-OR Root class?
I have a GSR swap with a JDM ITR tranny...that automatically puts me in MOD class. Which one? Does it matter how many prep points I have?
We'll start with that and go from there.

The 93 DX starts in H Stock, goes to FSS/SP, then C-MOD provided the engine is 2.0L or less. Anything more and it's D-MOD.

Thanks Bryan.
With regards to the prep points...does it really matter how many I have? I was just gonna pick anything and everything I may or may not have done this season.

I'm pretty sure MOD is a free-for-all and there are no limits on prep points. Pretty sure ...

Okay, here's an interesting question.
It says that "Removal or substitution of a front seat or any/all of the rear seat(s). Removal of the seat also permits the removal of the seat belt(s) for that seat(s). 1 Pt. Each."
So how many points do I add for removing the rear seat? Is it three because it seats three people?

Rear seat counts as "one seat" so it's just 1pt.

Okay. I think I ended up with 9 prep points...not that it really seems to matter.
Thanks again for the help Bryan.
See you Sunday.

The only issue for mod class with regards to prep points is if you reach a certain number, the safety requirements go up (read: rollover protection).

I also have a cmod car. I plan to run in DMOD since there are very few CMOD entries. DMOD should be a good class. IF you are looking for a class with lots of people to compete against, I would go in DMOD. If you are looking for a class that you are guarenteed to win (or want a slightly better PAX), sign up for CMOD.
