Great news on the Karting front, we have been able to negotiate with GPK to have a fourth race added to the winter Karting series with no additional cost to participants!
The revision has added an additional 18 lap race to the current format bringing the total number of races to four that includes…
16 lap qualifier.
(3) Eighteen lap races, including a standing start final.
For HADA members that’s; 70 laps for 65 bucks all in! Even affiliate cost ($70) and non-members ($75) are getting a steal here, you will feel this event physically.
For just comparison; the 24 hour event they are running at the end of the month is 96 laps plus qualifying and they want $199 per race group.
If that is not enough remember that there are…
1)Prizes and trophies from GPK and HADA for all the race winners and fastest lap
2)Plus scoring, and the chance to be the 2010 HADA winter Karting champion!
3)Formula 1 style qualifying and standing starts
4)Private event that keeps freaks and weirdo’s at bay
5)Donuts, lots and lots of donuts
6)Bang for the Karting buck nothing even comes close!
The only thing not included is the rub A535 and ice pack that you will need after this epic Karting marathon.
HADA members let’s push this and try and get over 20 to the next event, all are welcome.
