Question about UVIP

So I'm looking at this UVIP, and the first owner is Honda Canada Finance in 2003, no surprise, but the next registered Ontario owner is in 2007 with 170k on it. Does that mean it was registered out of province? Or it was an internal Honda vehicle? Kinda curious, dunno if I want to spend the $50 on the Carproof report. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds like it was leased from 2003 to 2007. Isn't the leasing company the one listed on the ownership?

The first owner is Honda Canada Finance Inc and it is under that name for 4 years, so a lease makes sense.

Yes, leased vehicles from a Honda dealer will show Honda Canada Finance as the owner for the period the vehicle was leased. I've leased 3 Honda's in Ontario. Same deal on all of them.
