Does HADA have a discount anywhere that I could buy some front rotors for my Del Sol?

Call Carl @ Trac racing. Front Brembo blanks should run you around $25-35 depending on app. Stay the hell away from crossdrilled anything. Drilling holes in metal does not make it stronger. Cracked my on the second lapping day. Brembo blanks are cheap and last forever. What pads you running? Carl can hook you up there too.
Brembo blanks was what I had in mind. William had put some drilled and slotted rotors in front and drilled in back. The rears are fine, the fronts are not cracked, just wearing down too much.
I'm using HP+.

Not a good track pad. Overheats really fast and will wear fast too. Since you're trailering it I'd reco a dedicated track pad. Will last you forever. The Williams F1 pad is good but really expensive. Hawk Blues are the standard and a very user-friendly, forgiving pad. Carl has killer prices on those - prolly not much more than you paid for the pluses. My personal favourite though is the Gransport GS2s, followed closely by the Project U 777's. Carl can hook you up the GS2s and the 777s Alan from Kensei can get you. Everything is club pricing that you won't find anywhere else.

miles is completely right. Trac is a great source too.
Cross drilling does nothing to help cool the rotors. They are designed to help the removal of gases created by the pad. I never had a bit of fade, even on the tighter tracks, and I used the brembos with blues.
I went with HP+ because it is a light weight solosprint car. That is to say, the weight of the car lends itself to cooler temperatures, and solosprints is only 3 hot laps, meaning I have very little time to get the temperature up. They will cause problems in lapping days, but that is not my primary concern.

You'll just find the initial bite is weak and the amount of brake force you're applying will be a lot and will need more brake input each lap. Consistency is gone. I know - I ran a CRX DX - stock weight 1987lbs with pluses. Had the same issues. Early braking and downshifts slow the car more than the brakes after the warm up. You can get enough heat in the rotors on your warm up lap. Will save you a second to a second in a half by being able to late braking. To compare what it would take to get that time from hp gains you're looking at about 20-25hp for a honda. Think pratte said 1 second for every 15hp.
Start with what you have, you'll use them up pretty fast on the track. Then get one of the pads I described. They'll last you a season to a season and a half if you take care of them. Plus' lasted me 3 track days and were toast. They were glazed after the first day actually.
Up until last year I always ran HP+s and the only time I ever had serious fade issues was during lapping where you ran more than 6 or 7 laps. I found the initial bite awesome and braking consistent.
Of course I put on the GS3s last year and since the car only sees the street to get to the event, they are a great pad as well.
A good brake fluid is a necessity regardless of pads!
My experiences with HP+ on my 2800 pounds Mazda were the opposite of your description. The bite was INCREDIBLE (I actually almost hit my face on the steering wheel when i first installed them, no joke). They also lasted through MANY 8-10 lap sessions at Mosport GP lapping school with no fading and were able to handle 30 minute school sessions of DDT with no fade.
I ran them for over a dozen autox's, two track schools, one solosprint event and street driven and they lasted me over a year. I took them out because they were noisey, but they had 50% pad left!
What the hell were you doing to your pads?
Have you seen Miles drive?:)

King of the trail brakers. :) If you're not pushing your braking zone into the corner than you're not braking late or hard enough. I'm really hard on my brake pedal and love a track pad. Also ran CT Ford fluid which I know realize was part of it but still wore down the pad really fast. Also, did all the opening lapping I could on the day. There were times I'd be out for 45 min pushing 95%. :D Brake pads smelled something fierce.
Autox smells like burned rubber. Solosprint smells like burned brakes. I love that smell. Its the smell of fun. :D
If the balance of this car when it was on streets is any indication of the balance that it will have with its new body panels and R's... i will NOT be trail braking. I will be touching the steering to the turn, then countersteering the rest of the way. A strong person could lift the back of my car off the ground.
Anywho... if i have problems with brakes, i'll switch. I just don't see it happening.
