friggen offshore bearings and rantings

So my new bearings in the my front hub swap crapped out (3mm+ play) in approx 50-60 laps at DDT... how is that for shit...

lucky I have some OEM nissan bearings that I just swapped in...how can these shitty things fail that quick? I mean holy crap..

I should have just swapped in the OEM ones..but I figured..I would get at least a season on the aftermarket ones...


on top of that I have been dicking around with stupid rear swaybars on the car to gain that last friggen PIP that I need to be able to run a rear wing on the car.... its never ending....

put some brand new hawke ht-10 pads up front....brakes feel great now...all ready for some 200kph stops on fabi next week...

ohhh the punishment is coming...

hopefully now with new brakes....less rear swaybar..and my wing maxed out for downforce...the car will be great....plus some more camber up front..less on the rear... crap basically I am building a friggen point and shoot car..

it should beat the subaru's these events..as fabi has some big straights to lay the power down on....if not...guess more work is needed.....only the racing gods know...

best the old turbo car could do was 179kph...mind you at low boost..hoping to break the 190kph barrier at least next week...

What you need to do is find yourself a Corvette shell. Will also solve some of your traction issues... ;)
